My name is Russell Berg and I'd like to be your CTO on an as-needed basis.

I've worked for a variety of telecom and technology companies, large and small.  I have led teams on large projects and successfully implemented technology solutions in the Midwest.  I'm a successful grant writer and local/regional/national public speaker on a variety of technology and business topics.

So what does a CTO do?  In a nutshell, I help analyze the existing technologies available and how they may be best applied to your specific circumstances... your company's needs and wants, with an end goal of improving the Quality of Experience (QoE) for your employees and customers at an affordable cost.

Technology doesn't do a whole lot of good if no one understands it.  I take the time to thoroughly explain how the technology works and train your staff on its use.  I can also train your staff on a variety of topics, from people-based cybersecurity awareness to organizational network security best practices.
